What is turnaround time for laundry services?
We have turnaround time of 24-48 hours for Wash and steam iron services;
however, we have an express service also in which we will deliver clothes within 8 hours of collection
of cloths but the charges for same is different from normal rates. You can refer the Price list on the website to know.
What is the turnaround time for dry cleaning services?
We deliver the clothes given for dry cleaning within 4 days of order creation.
Are there any offers for laundry services?
Discount and offers varies from time to time. Please visit our website for exciting offers.
Do you provide pickup and delivery facility?
Yes, we provide free doorstep pick-up and delivery services subject to Minimum order value of ₹500.
How do I give special instructions for my clothes?
Please share special instructions, if any, with our executive at the time of pick up and we shall take care of them during our process.
Where are my clothes cleaned?
All our cloths are collected and processed at the operational Unit situated in Goregaon.
How can I pay for the services?
Please pay at the time of delivery. Please insist for invoice (softcopy/hardcopy) for each order. You can pay by QR code, cash or by net banking.
We recommend you pay online rather than cash to avoid cases of right change notes not available with our executive.
Our executive will be carrying the QR code scanner at the time of delivery at your doorstep.
What if my clothes are damaged?
In case of loss or damage to article, Clean Press will reimburse the customer 6 times the service cost of that item.

My place is not in your coverage area. Can I still order for the services?
If your pin code does not fall under the area where Clean Press is currently providing their services,
we request you to please call the Customer Care at +91 83569 62420.
What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?
Our executive shall call you to confirm the order and pick up/delivery schedule. In case you are
not available during the pickup/delivery window you had selected, please communicate the same, along with the revised timing, to our executive.
What should I prepare for the pickup?
- Check and Separate Stain Items.
- Empty Pockets and Remove Accessories.
- Use the Laundry Bag Provided.
- Communicate Special Instructions.
- Schedule Pickup and Be Ready.
Are there any fabrics you don't clean or what if my clothes are heavily stained?
Our trained & experience wash care experts ensure that all marks and stains are removed during the cleaning process,
however there are some stains that may not be completely removed. This can be down to various circumstances such as the type of stain,
how long the stain has been present and whether it has been pre-treated. Our wash care team will advise you of any such stains and
inform you if there is a possibility of any damage to the fabric due to the stains.
Do you provide facility of spot cleaning?
Yes, we handle all type of spots and stains.
After my service, my items still have stains, why?
Clean Press will take utmost care of your article as per international methods and care; however, does not guarantee the removal of all stains on all articles.
This may be because of very old or strong stains which may not get completely removed in one wash and may require multiple wash cycles to get removed without damaging the clothes.
What if I'm missing an item of clothing from my returned order?
In case of any missing item, please give us a call on +91 83569 62420 within 24 hours of delivery.
