What if my bag is damaged?
In case of loss or damage to article, Clean Press will reimburse the customer 6 times the service cost of that item.

Not every stain or mark can be removed completely. Results depend on the bag material, stain, finish, age and prior treatments.

Our executive shall call you to confirm the order and pick up/delivery schedule. In case you are not available during the pickup/delivery window you had selected, please communicate the same, along with the revised timing, to our executive.

Clean Press will take utmost care of your article as per international methods and care; however, does not guarantee the removal of all stains on all articles. This may be because of very old or strong stains which may not get completely removed in one wash and may require multiple wash cycles to get removed without damaging the clothes.
